Must have a Full motorcycle license

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs.
• Utilize automotive diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical problems.
• Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed for repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed on each vehicle.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs and recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow within the shop.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in vehicle maintenance and repair, preferably in a dealership or automotive shop setting.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose issues accurately.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and automotive diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during repairs.
• Experience with soldering is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and teamwork.
• A detail-oriented approach with a commitment to quality workmanship.
